The hospital ship is 174.1 meters in length, 28.6 meters in width, 6.15 meters in design draft, 41 meters in headroom above the design waterline, 12 knots in service speed, and is built according to the standards of luxury cruise ships in terms of comfort and safety and is classed by Lloyd's Register of Shipping. It has a capacity of 500 passengers when sailing and can carry up to 950 passengers during its port call. With safety, comfort, environmental protection, energy saving, intelligent features, this is a hospital ship with advanced design concept. The ship is the first Lloyd's Register of Shipping passenger ship to meet the latest technical requirements for safe return to port, with a highly redundant all-electric propulsion system and life support system to enable the ship to return safely to port in Class 8 rough sea conditions. And in terms of comfort, this ship meets the DNV COMF V(2) passenger ship comfort, and the refined design adopts European standards, far exceeding the general cruise ships and ROPAX. In terms of green environmental protection, the anti-fouling paint on the outer panel, ballast water treatment, hazardous substance management, nitrogen oxides emission, Sulfur oxides emission, oil tank protection, refrigerant use, etc. all meet the ECO requirements and have the green environmental protection certificate issued by Lloyd's Register of Shipping, with advanced waste sorting management and disposal equipment. In terms of green energy saving, the main equipment adopts measures such as frequency conversion control, waste heat utilization of generator sets, energy recovery of air-conditioning units, and recycling of air-conditioning condensate and fresh water.
