In the evaluation of rationalization suggestions, Yan Guoquan's suggestion on “Quality Feedback Mechanism” was evaluated to be feasible in terms of management improvement, and was given the stipulated cash reward. The activity activates personnel from production, technology, materials and other departments to carry out quality hidden danger feedback and investigation activities, and actively collect production hidden dangers in the daily production process and carry out investigation and improvement.
