01 Signing Ceremony, Opening a New Chapter  
On the afternoon of December 2, 2025, at the Marintec China 2025 exhibition in Shanghai, Shanghai Sib Automation Co., Ltd. held a grand signing ceremony for agency agreements with Master System from the United Arab Emirates and Noris Automation from Germany. This significant moment marks a new stage in Sib Group's strategic expansion in the maritime technology sector.

The ceremony was attended by a distinguished gathering, including leaders from Sib Group, Master System, and Noris Group; regional agency representatives from Singapore, South Korea, Turkey, and other countries; officials from the Changyan Industrial Park in Yancheng, where Sib Group’s production base is located; and numerous esteemed guests from the global maritime industry, all witnessing this historic moment. 

03 Joining Hands to Forge a New Blueprint 

Amid warm applause, Mr. Chen Wei, General Manager of Sib Group, signed two agency agreements with Mr. Roy Jacob, CEO of Master System, and Mr. Felix Weiss, General Manager of Noris Automation, respectively.
Through this partnership, Sib Group will further expand its presence in the Middle East market, with Master System becoming its exclusive authorized sales and service agent in the UAE and surrounding regions. The two parties will engage in in-depth collaboration in areas such as ship automation systems, injecting new technological vitality into the maritime industry in the Middle East and beyond.
At the same time, the deepened cooperation with Noris reflects the profound friendship and mutual trust between long-standing partners. From jointly establishing Shanghai Noris Sib Automation Co., Ltd. to signing the new service agency agreement today, Noris Automation will serve as Sib Group’s technical service agent in the European region. The 21-year history of collaboration stands as a testament to the successful partnership between Chinese and German enterprises in the field of ship automation.
