On 25th November 2023, Fun Sports Games was hosted by the labor union of Sibo Group (Jiangsu branch) for all employees. There are eight teams, each with 10 employees, and two recorders and one judge participated in the sports games.

Late autumn was wrapped with a slight chill, but this did not wane the enthusiasm of everyone. Their cheers and shouts resonated across every corner.

Four events were held in the Fun Sports Games: crab-style walking race, hula hoop passing game, table tennis relay race and tug-of-war competition. The cheers and sweats all witnessed the unity and hard work of all participants. During the games, every participant got exercised physically and mentally, and the team spirit was also strengthened.

After the game, all the staff gathered around for the open-air barbecue. With the aroma of barbecue, everyone enjoyed themselves in the harmonious and relaxed atmosphere with the food while chatting with each other.

The Fun Sports Games has improved the enthusiasm of the staff, enhanced the internal cohesion and the affective communication with each other. It is also a stage for the staff to show their talent, to promote friendship and to temper the will. By virtue of strength and teamwork, everyone has achieved a harvest of both spiritual and physical achievements.

The form of Fun Sports Games has allowed the staff to feel the joy of sports and cultivated the awareness of rules and the spirit of collaboration. It is not only a review of the psychological and physical quality of employees, but also a review of organizational discipline and spirit. We will move forward to the goal of "Higher, Faster, Stronger" with a dedicated attitude!
