In the morning of 18th February, Yao Yong, Director of Changzhou Yancheng Industrial Park, led a team to visit the key enterprises on the process of high-quality development. Jiangsu SIBO Electric Co., Ltd., the production base of Sibo Group has also been visited. Geng Tao, deputy general manager of Jiangsu Sibo, and other company leaders accompanied the whole visit.

The leaders of the industrial park firstly affirmed the satisfactory performance (profits) of Jiangsu Sibo in the previous year, then preached the reward and subsidy policy of the park for high-quality and high-technology enterprises of the construction of industrial development base in Yangtze River Delta and the task of “Development Breakthrough Year”, by having a videoconference with the general manager of Sibo group, Mr. Chen Wei.

General Manager Mr. Chen Wei firstly thanked the park for its strong support over the years and for creating a good development environment for the enterprise. Mr. Chen pointed out that in recent years, the company has been increasing its investment in the ship segment business, and is actively developing the international market while stabilizing the domestic market. Sales have been at record levels and are expected to continue their upward trend from year to year.

Mr. Chen also reviewed the results of the previous year's work and reported this year's work objectives and development ideas to the park leaders. First, adhere to innovation. Vigorously strengthen the investment in science and technology and strive to the company's marine electrical and automation products to reach the international advanced level as soon as possible; Second, people oriented. By combining the enhancement of staff happiness and enterprise development, the company focused on improving staff incentives, training mechanisms, and the working and living environment. The refurbishment of the dormitory building was completed last year and this year will see the completion of the intelligent new workshop.

Director Yao Yong said that the park will support the development of enterprises more vigorously this year, and the construction of various supporting facilities in the park has also made substantial progress. He believed that Jiangsu Sibo, with the concerted efforts of all the staff, will make better results this year, and the performance will be even more brilliant.

On 21st February, Changzhou Yancheng Industrial Park held a conference on high-quality development and effective promotion of the year, and commended enterprises and entrepreneur representatives with outstanding achievements. Jiangsu Sibo won the “2023 Enterprise Growth Award”, and General Manager Mr. Chen Wei was honored with the title of “Outstanding Entrepreneur”.

The award of several commendations is the affirmation of the Industrial Park on the achievements of Jiangsu Sibo and the encouragement to all Sibo employees.
